On September 9, the Boone and Crockett Club hosted a press conference in Washington, DC, to release the findings from the Poach and Pay research project, which is the most comprehensive evaluation of illegal wildlife crime in the U.S.

To help with quality assurance, we’ve gotten a head start on the production of the membership directory. Thank you to everyone who has returned their directory page corrections so far! Previously, you’ll recall the directory dedicated two full pages outlining “how to propose a new club member”.

Scoring pronghorn correctly requires careful attention to detail, as even small errors can affect the accuracy and integrity of the record. While the process shares similarities with other horned game, there are important differences to keep in mind, particularly with spread measurements, prong location, and horn circumference.

The Boone and Crockett Club and Foundation closed Fiscal Year 2025 in a very strong financial position, with revenues meeting budget expectations and expenses coming in significantly under plan.
