WORKPLACE GIVING AND THE COMBINED FEDERAL CAMPAIGN

For thousands of employees nationwide, the advent of fall means the changing of leaves, cooler temperatures - and the arrival of charitable fundraising campaigns in the workplace. Non-profit organizations receive payroll deduction donations through these workplace giving campaigns. Contributing a little each month through payroll deduction adds up to big benefits for wildlife at year's end. 

The Boone and Crockett Club is a member of the Conservation and Preservation Charities of America (CPCA) - a group of America's finest national organizations working to protect and restore the Earth's natural environment. There are a number of ways to give to the Boone and Crockett Club through workplace giving campaigns.

• If you are an employee of the federal government or U.S. military, you may give to the Boone and Crockett Club through the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC.)  Each year the CFC raises millions of dollars that benefit thousands of non-profit charities.

• Some United Way campaigns include CPCA and its member organizations in their list of charities. Simply find the Boone and Crockett Club's code in your United Way donor brochure. If your local United Way campaign doesn't list the CPCA, find out if there is a write-in option. Many United Way campaigns allow you to give to any tax-exempt charity.

• The Boone and Crockett Club Foundation is also listed in eight State Employee Giving campaigns – Arizona, California, Michigan, Montana, Pennsylvania, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin. Look for our listing if you are a state employee in one of these states.

Friends who make contributions to the Boone and Crockett Club through workplace giving campaigns will receive a complimentary Associate membership, which includes four issues of Fair chase magazine, a decal and discounts on select books and merchandise. Be sure to mark the box that allows the campaign managers to release your name to us.

MATCHING GIFTS - HOW DOES YOUR COMPANY MATCH UP?

Did you know that your cash or membership dues can be turned into an additional donation to the Boone and Crockett Club in just two easy steps? It's true - if you work for a company that has a matching gift program.

How Can I Make a Matching Gift?

If you are affiliated with a company that matches contributions to conservation organizations, you may be eligible to have your gift to Boone and Crockett doubled or tripled by following these procedures:

1. Contact your Human Resources Office for your company's specific matching gift form and information.
2. Fill out and mail the completed matching gift form (unique to your employer) along with your gift to:

   Missoula, MT  59801

We will process your form and notify your employer.

PLEASE NOTE that each company has its own guidelines and policies regarding its matching gift program. Verify with your Human Resources Office what contributions they will match and what information they will need.

Memorials and Honoria

The Boone and Crockett Club's Memorial and Honoraria Program gives family and friends the opportunity to pay tribute to their loved ones. The gift may be made in memory of a deceased relative or friend, or in honor of a special occasion such as a birthday or wedding anniversary.

Your gift will be recognized at the Boone and Crockett Club Headquarters in Missoula, Montana, in and our annual report.

The Boone and Crockett Club Foundation can now fundraise with the power of eBay Giving Works!

eBay, The World's Online Marketplace, has created eBay Giving Works—a dedicated program for charity listings on eBay. This program now allows eBay’s millions of individual and corporate customers to assign all or part of their online proceeds to benefit pre-screened and certified nonprofit organizations. The Boone and Crockett Club is one of these nonprofits.
