Replacement Orders

The replacement order feature links orders together that have been corrected.

Example.

An order needs corrected that already has a credit card payment on it and the credit card does not need refunded due to the correction.

1. Put in the corrected order as usual.
2. In the replacement orders window put the original order number
3. Finalize, invoice, add payment “ol-credit card” for previous payment amount. Save order.
4. Go to the order that needed corrected and void the order, save order.
5. Now both orders are linked.
