It’s important for us to track where sales of our products are coming from so we can finetune our marketing efforts. Using the appropriate source will also help with our historical data that was imported from T2 into Drupal.
Please use the following criteria when processing orders in Drupal.
ORDER TYPE OPTIONS
Customer sends their order through the mail or e-mail. | |
Phone | Customer calls the office to place an order. |
Walk-in | Customer comes into HQ or orders at a trade show. |
Web | Customer places an order through our web store. |
Unknown | Any orders that don't fit into the above options. |
ORDER SOURCE OPTIONS

CC | Comp Copies | Free products to customers, not donations |
CIK | Contributions in Kind | Donated products to events, banquets, etc.. |
DM | Direct Marketing | Catalogs, flyers, emails, etc. |
DUE | Dues payment | Member dues |
FEC | Fdtn Education Center | Reservations at the Ed Center |
FNDR | Fundraising | CFC, Workplace Giving, etc. |
MTB | Meeting Billing | Meeting billing |
OCM | Order Credit Memo | Order credit, return, etc. |
OTR | Other | Anything that doesn’t fit into one of the other sources. Try not to use this! |
OA | Outside Advertising | Sales driven by ads in magazines, web, etc. |
OS | Outside Sales | Book distributors, licensing, etc. |
RT | Records Transactions | OM Workshop materials (cost to be redirected to different GL or program) |
REF | Referrals | OM or Member orders signing up new Associates |
SHW | Shows/Walk-Ins | Trade shows, conferences, walk-ins, etc. |
TE | Trophy Entry | Trophy entries |
WS | Web Store | Call-in orders that were initiated in the web store |
