New Brunswick Provincial Big Game Records

Not exactly a large province by Canadian standards, New Brunswick has enough big game to keep things interesting. Black bears are the most frequent entry, followed by Canda moose—the latter including some impressive bulls. A handful of whitetail deer round out the big game still entered from the province. More than 100 years ago, hunters entered a couple of woodland caribou before becoming all but extinct from the province. Only a handful of woodland caribou remain in the highlands of Gaspésie National Park.
