Contributing to the B&C Education Program
The Boone and Crockett Conservation Education Program is supported by grant funding. Some examples of our needs include:
- Teacher courses/workshops/seminars focused on wildlife, agriculture, and natural resources. Example: Offer specific courses designed for urban educators and students.
- School bus transportation scholarships for teachers and students visiting the Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Ranch for day-long and multi-day field trips and courses. Examples: $100 per local Montana school or $200 per school outside Montana.
- Summer intern program for graduating senior high school students. Purpose: To work on developing educational projects at the ranch and for in school use.
- General Program Support for programs, staff and maintenance of the Rasmuson Center.
- Natural resource youth camp support scholarships to assist with lodging, meals, travel, and material costs.
