1. NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

2. Eligibility: Age 21 years or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Subject to all applicable federal and state and local laws and regulations. Employees of the Boone and Crockett Club (B&C) and their immediate families (parents, children, spouse, siblings) and those living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to win a prize. The B&C Membership Giveback 2023-2024 begins at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time (MT) on July 1, 2023 and ends at 11:59 p.m. MT on June 30, 2024 (Entry Period). Remember to account for the time difference from your local time zone when entering by email. If entering by mail, must be postmarked by June 30, 2024 and received by July 8, 2024.

3. Maximum Entries: The maximum number of entries is 25 per person, regardless of entry method. Any attempt to exceed this limit may disqualify all entries from that entrant.

4. How to Enter: There are three methods of entry:

• Method #1—Automatic Entry: All current, paid-in-full B&C members at the $35, $60, $100, $250 and Lifetime levels will be automatically entered into the prize drawing at 11:59 p.m. MT on June 30, 2024. Automatic entries will be as follows: $35 level = 5 entries, $60 level = 10 entries, $100 level = 15 entries, $250 level = 20 entries, Lifetime level = 25 entries (maximum allowed).

• Method #2—Email Entry: All current, paid-in-full B&C members at any level or category can enter or supplement automatic entries (see Method #1) to reach the maximum of 25 entries per person. Send an email to [email protected] with “Maximize My Entries” in the subject line. The body of the email must include your name, mailing address and daytime phone number. Email must be received by 11:59 p.m. MT on June 30, 2024.

• Method #3—Mail Entry: This is an alternative to Methods #1 and #2 for those with or without a B&C membership. To enter or supplement automatic entries, send a 3x5 card with the following information in clear handwriting: first and last name, mailing address, email address and daytime phone number. Place card in a hand-addressed #10 envelope and mail via First Class U.S. Mail to: Membership Giveback, Boone and Crockett Club, 250 Station Dr., Missoula, MT 59801. No mechanized, device-printed, garbled, nonconforming or late entries accepted. Must be postmarked by June 30, 2024 and received by July 8, 2024. All mailed entries from both members and non-members will receive the maximum limit of 25 entries per person.

5. Prizes: Prizes will be added throughout the Entry Period and listed at https://www.boone-crockett.org/membership-giveback-prize-drawing. Total value of all prizes to be awarded will not be known until the end of the Entry Period. Odds of winning a prize will depend on the total number of prizes offered, and the total number of entries accepted. Prize details are provided at B&C’s sole discretion. All images shown are for illustration purposes only and are not intended to be an exact representation of prizes offered. Prize winners may be required to sign and return a notarized affidavit of eligibility to win a prize, liability release, publicity release and any other documentation that may be reasonably required by B&C or the prize provider. Usage of any gift card prize is subject to the respective merchant’s gift card terms and conditions. Firearm prize winners, if any, must conform to all local, state and federal regulations as applicable and must make arrangements for delivery of prize with appropriate federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) as required by State and Federal law. Hunting or fishing trip prizes, if any, do not include firearm or bow, apparel, gear or equipment, transportation to or from the hunt location, meals or lodging during transportation, hunting permits or licenses or gratuities. These expenses, as well as any incurred costs of travel documentation such a passport, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Hunting and fishing trips must take place during the dates specified, subject to availability. Certain blackout dates may apply. No prize is intended for sale or distribution in those states or in those areas where the prize is prohibited by law. If a winner cannot participate or accept a prize for any reason, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and B&C shall have no further obligation to the winner. Listing or mention of prizes, products or services does not mean the products or services have been tested, endorsed or approved by B&C. No prize is redeemable for cash, substitution, exchange or transfer, except at B&C’s sole discretion. Each winner is responsible for all taxes on prize and other expenses as set forth herein, including but not limited to registration, license fees, insurance, optional equipment and all other unspecified costs associated with claiming, registering and/or using the corresponding prize. Winners acknowledge the Released Parties (as defined herein) do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability of any aspect of any prize, except that prizes will be subject to the corresponding manufacturer’s stated warranty, if any.

6. Prize Drawing: A random drawing from all eligible entries will be held on or about July 10, 2024. The first name drawn will be the winner of the Grand Prize. Prizes will then be awarded in order of value ending with the final prize listed at https://www.boone-crockett.org/membership-giveback-prize-drawing.

7. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via mail, email or phone call within 5 business days after random drawing. If a potential winner fails to respond within 14 days from notice, or if notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate will be determined. Prizes will be awarded within approximately 30 days of winner verification, except in cases of delay of availability. Sponsor is not responsible for such delays.

8. General: All online entry notices posted at website apply, including but not limited to the B&C Privacy Statements posted. Online entries are deemed to be made by the authorized holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. By participating, you agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and agree to be bound by the decisions of B&C, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use each winner’s name (first name and last initial only), photograph, video, comment, hometown, likeness, and prize won for future advertising, publicity in any and all media now or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, release, or permission. B&C is not responsible for any typographical or other errors, administration or announcement of any prize, or for any suspension or inability to implement or award prizes as contemplated herein due to any “force majeure” event beyond its control, including delays or interruptions caused by acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, pandemic, weather, utility outages, acts of terrorism or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or regulator. B&C is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. B&C reserves the right to take action to permanently disqualify any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules, suspend entries if unfairly impaired in any way, and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to such action.

9. Legal: This promotion shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Montana without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and brought only in the state or federal courts serving the County of Missoula, Montana. Any attempt by an individual, whether or not an entrant, to deliberately damage, destroy, tamper with or vandalize or interfere with the operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and B&C reserves the right to seek damages and diligently pursue all remedies and criminal prosecution against any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. Per California law, this release includes claims which the entrant does not know or suspect to exist at the time of the release. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
